Can I see my customers while I teach?

No, you can't see your customers. Only you will be on camera.

Can my customers view my live stream at a later time?

No. Your video is automatically removed as soon as your class is finished. Our platform is live only.

How long does it take to set up?

We provide you with detailed step by step instructions, with screenshots. While there are a few steps involved, they only have to be done once per device.

Will I ever get kicked off my stream?

No! We will never cut off your stream.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. We don’t offer a free trial, but we also don’t charge a setup fee, so initial costs are kept to a minimum. Our hands-on approach to onboarding each customer takes time and effort and, as a small business, we need to cover these costs. There are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms so the most your are committed to pay for is just your first month.

What devices can I use to stream?

  • For iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch) the minimum requirement is iOS 9.3.
  • For Android devices the minimum requirement is Android 4.1. Unfortunately the Google Pixel 3 phone is not compatible.

Can my customers watch me on my TV?

Yes! Customers with a compatible Smart TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast or Amazon Fire TV can use those devices to stream your fitness class onto the big screen.

Do you have an app?

Not yet. We would love to have our own app someday, when we have grown enough to build this feature.

What sort of internet do I need?

You can stream from anywhere you can get internet. Wired, wifi, or mobile data - it’s all good. To ensure your connection is up to scratch, we recommend running a speed test using the device you want to stream with, at the location you will stream from. The upload speed is what’s the most important for streaming, as a low upload speed can cause buffering. We can help advise you on your settings to tweak your settings based on your upload speed.

We’re located in Sydney, Australia, but we work with customers form all over the world.

Is there a time limit on a stream?

Esentially, no. We've based our pricing on each class running for 60 minutes, but we won’t cut you off with a strict time limit.

Can all of my instructors stream to My Fit Pro?

Yes! Each instructor will need to set up their own device (unless you’re using a shared device). Only one instructor can stream at a time. If you have back-to-back classes, the first instructor must stop their stream before the second instructor can start.

What devices can my customers use?

To ensure optimal service, please ensure your customers keep their software is up to date. Your customers can watch your classes on the following devices:

  • iPhone or iPad (with iOS 12 or above - devices made from 2013 onwards)
  • Apple TV (AirPlay from your iOS device)
  • Android phone.
  • Google ChromeCast (cast from your Android device or Chrome browser on desktop)
  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Smart TV with built in browser (must be a modern browser that supports the latest https)
  • Windows PCs with up to date software and browsers.
  • Apple Mac computers with up to date software and browsers.

Is there a demo?

Yes we have a demo. Just enter your name and the password is already prefilled for you.

When can I start streaming?

As soon as we send you your welcome email with your stream details, you’re ready to go live!

Can I stream with what I was using for other streaming services?

Most likely, yes! You just need to be able to install and configure the broadcasting software to stream to our servers. You can use your existing audio setup, whether it’s just using your phone’s in build microphone to listen to you and your music, or plugging directly into your sound system for higher quality audio. Whatever works for you.

How do I sign up?

Fill out the contact form and we will be in touch within 24 hours. Our signup process is manual and we provide and we tailor the setup to each customer. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.

How do I pay?

We use Stripe to charge you via credit card. We never see your credit card details - they are kept securely by Stripe. Your subscription will renew monthly.
